BUDGET BILLING PROGRAM
The Budget Billing Program is a ten (10) month cycle beginning in July. It is designed to divide your annual propane billing over ten equal monthly payments to relieve the stressful winter heating season. At the end of the cycle, any balance due on the account must be made current. Any credit on the account can be carried over into the next budget billing period. If any payments are skipped, they must be made up the following month. If two consecutive payments are missed, you will be dropped from the program and all balances would become due and payable prior to receiving any further deliveries of propane. Any balances due are also then subject to finance charges or administration fees.
